well i noticed that with few people on the rpg its very hard to increase ic points so I thought of a system to help
here is how it works there 9 text book courses and 9 trade courses and 1 introductory course for each ic skill.
you pay a fee for the class and can only take one of each a week (the introductory class counts as both so if you take that you cant take any other classes that week.)
introductory class(level1):in this class you can gain a max ic of 1-10 and up to 10 ic points. There are no prerequsits for this class.
text book course(level2-10):in this class you can raise your ic max to a certent amount depending on the class level.
requirements
level2: have a max ic of 1-19 and introductory class taken if below 10
level3:20-29
level4:30-39
level5:40-49
level6:50-59
level7:60-69
level8:70-79
level9:80-89
level10:90-99
trade course(level2-10):in this class you can raise your ic to a certent amount depending on the class level.

results(the amont you gain is determined by roll ex: if i have a current ic of 4 and i finished the intro class the most ic points i could get is ten(d10)but since i already have 4 i would need to roll d6 and the awnser is the amount you get added to your stat.)
