1) First character MUST be Nintendo-based (original series is Nintendo. A more or less uninimous vote of the channel can bypass this and declare something 'Nintendo')
2) THEN you may have ONE non-Nintendo who was eventually on a Nintendo system. This includes anime, other systems, etc.
2a) If the GM OR a majority of players feel the character does not fit, the character may be taken away/removed. This will be done by silent secret ballot, IE, if you don't think a character fits, send me a PM on the forum containing their name. Note, this doesn't mean 'if you don't like a character'. If you 'don't like' a character, deal with it.
3) If you intentionally DROP your non-Nintendo, you can never make a new one again. This is flexible only if you have a -very- good reason for the drop and you better have an equally good reason for the replacement.
In the end, I try to take every character submission as seriously as the one submitting it is. These rules are loose in the name of good will between GM and player, so please, don't be a twit. Honestly, if I could be certain everyone would follow it, the only rule would be 1) Don't be a twit.
