Travis Touchdown is a stereotypical otaku—his motel room decorated with professional wrestling and anime collectibles—living in near poverty in the fictional No More Heroes motel of Santa Destroy, California. After winning a beam katana in an internet auction he becomes a hitman. When he runs out of money to buy video games he accepts a job to kill the 'Drifter' aka Helter Skelter, which earns him rank 11 by the UAA, a governing body of assassins. Realizing that he has now made himself a target for aspiring assassins, he sets out to secure himself as the number one hitman in the UAA.
Travis' past is somewhat explored in No More Heroes, and is at times deliberately (and humorously) muddled and filled with stereotypes. His sister Jeanne who had a traumatic and complex past, leaving Travis on his own killed his parents when he was young, apparently. He had a twin brother, Henry, he never knew, who apparently grew up in England. Travis has apparently had an interest in being a pro wrestler at one point, and trained himself in the use of the sword via a mixture of Thunder Ryu's training, correspondence courses, and videotapes.
Personality: Personality-wise, Travis can be crude and immature, and even cruel, especially to the male assassins he fights. Despite being relatively calm about killing people, killing women at times seems to make him uncomfortable, and he shows far more sympathy to women than men. He's capable of being touched by people's emotional and personal experiences. Travis is very driven to prove himself, is shown to be highly intelligent (he is able to learn quickly), and can be surprisingly witty and even poetic

STUFF:
Blood Berry
A Beam Katana Travis won in an online auction. Takes both hands to wield, and every attack made uses up 1 of 6 points that represent it's power supply. Taking any action that doesn't use the Blood Berry restores 1 point to it's power supply, capping at 6. +20 CUTTING damage.
Schpel Tiger
While on the bike, Travis cannot act normally. He can only pilot the bike. It moves as if with Level 4 Run, and has Level 2 Jump, but has poor manueverability. Can be used to 'run down' targets, and will in this case function as an AoE1 attack with +12 BLUDGEONING and Travis' Power behind it, with a 20% chance of Knock Down. Speed in terms of Priority for these attack is doubled, but there is a 1-turn cool down after attempting it where Travis cannot attack the same target again. Getting on or off the bike is a standard action.
For 2 Act, the bike can Boost forward 8 Units. During this time it's Bludgeoning damage and Knockdown chance are doubled.
Heroism: A blue crystal that contains the spirit of the hero, so great that the world bends to make way for their splendor. It can be activated without Act at any time, and a list of effects will be provided. This list changes depending on the current situation, so don't just use it willy nilly! Once used, the Heroism loses it's glow and must be recharged.
Fusionist Handbook: A book detailing the process of the lost Item Creation art, Fusion.
Pandora's Box: A mysterious black cube used in the art of Fusion.
G Token: A black token engraved with a faint image of a foxes face. Mysterious power can be evoked during frustrating Item Creation attempts
