Name: Mewtwo
Game of Origin/Race: Pokemon/Psychic Pokemon Clone

General Description: A very tall, imposing, humanoid being with white fur, a long whip-like purple tail for slapping and coiling victims, large intent eyes which stare hypnotically, what appears to be two cord-like necks, vaguely feline characteristics, a crested chest, three-fingered hands, and sloped feet.
General History: Mewtwo is born not by natural causes but in a cryogenic containment lab, as a clone to the extremely powerful and rare Mew. When awakened Mewtwo is deeply disturbed by its origin at the hands of corrupt humans, who simply wish to study Mewtwo now that their experiments have been successful, and Giovanni's subsequent attempts to control him despite earlier promises that they would be equals. Mewtwo therefore undergoes a moral revelation, abandoning (killing them) the humans and commencing an elaborate plan to wage a global cleansing of humanity and the Pokémon that serve them, convinced that clones such as itself are the only ones fit to rule over the planet. However, Mewtwo sees the selfless, sacrificial example of Ash Ketchum and realizes the misguided nature of its own objective, so it calls its plan off and agrees to live peacefully with its clones in seclusion from humanity.

Villain Ability: The World's Strongest - Mewtwo is a terrifyingly powerful user of psychic attacks, and this power is such that he has three constant effects about him at nearly all times. When his MP or HP dips below 50%, he loses one of them. When his MP hits 0, he loses another. Mewtwo chooses which ability to stop powering when this happens.
1; Telekinetics: Mewtwo's has a tendency to use his mind to do things rather than bother using his body. He can pick up and manipulate certain objects freely without touching them or expending MP. This power may be limited, however, by the size of the object and how healthy Mewtwo is. This does, however, use Act.
2; Telepathy: Mewtwo can freely project his words to anyone who he is aware of, communicating secretly and easily overcoming language barriers. He can also, by focusing on them, read their thoughts to a certain degree, but only if the target offers no resistance. This works especially well if the target is thinking 'at' him to communicate.
3; Levitation: Mewtwo constantly floats 1/2 a Unit off the ground. While this ability will be disrupted by taking damage, he can resume it as soon as the shock to his systems fades.
Racial Ability: Psychic Type - Being Psychic type, Mind type moves are freely accessable despite their high tier. Mewtwo also takes half damage from Mind type moves, and when using them, applies his SPwr Bonus twice.
Shadow Ball Blast (Charged / Rapid): +6 DARK move, 4 MP. For 2 MP per charge, it can be further powered up once per turn until it hits a max charge of three. each 'charge' level either increases the damage by 3 or creates an additional +3 hit.
Force Field: 6 MP MIND spell. Creates a wall of psionic energy around the target, giving them the Veil positive status effect.
