General History:
History: Kojima was born 'Kojima Sato Chie' to the little known clan of the same name, in the Land of Snow, the second child in his immediate family. Upon birth, he lived his life secondary to his older stepbrother, Shino, six years his senior. Due to the belief of his father that he was destined for an average life, nothing worthwhile occured for the boy in the first years of his life.
Kojima's brother Shino was supposedly set for greater things in life, having been able to acheive the Chie's Kekkei Genkai, the Aoiunkoume, at the record age of eight. The older brother continued to accelerate in everything he managed, becoming a skilled Jounin at the age of twelve, and nearly mastering the Aoiunkoume around the same time. While Kojima constantly enjoyed his brother's company and did his best to satisfy him, he also envied him and his powers, and tried to earn the favor of his family, but his hopes were constantly shot down by his father's adopted classifications of fate and destiny. Regardless, he continued to work to earn some respect in his own right.
One fateful winter night, a blizzard had begun to set in, and Shino was out training with Kojima. When the blizzard began to intensify in undescribable numbers, the clan slowly began to fear for the two, who should have been home long before to report in. They had started to lost hope, when suddenly, they had sensed the appearance of someone emerging from the snow; a five year old Kojima himself, semi-dragging the frostbitten body of his brother back into the care of the Chies. Kojima was eventually taken away from the presence of his brother, and he was to be questioned about what had happened.
The first thing the Clan leader announced to the Chies was the worst sort; Shino Chie was indeed, dead. In addition, the leader had declared that Kojima himself was bearing a barely developed form of the Aoiunkoume itself, breaking his brothers record by three years and earning him some actual recognition amongst his clansmen. Finally, it was revealed that Kojima's father had committed suicide, believing both of his sons lost to the snow. Interestingly, the only one who was not affected by this was Kojima himself.
Later, after Kojima met up with his mother, he learned that on the day of his return, his mother had given birth to a girl, named Sayuki. Kojima, still young and with a slight lack of understanding, was quite joyed. With all of the current events passed, he temporarily resigned himself from being a Hyouga Shinobi trainee to spend time with his family and learn a few of the traits of the Aoiunkoume for himself.
A short time later, Clan Chie had found itself abruptly and rapidly dwindling in kin through aiding their land against other lands, through rather foolish use by the Land of Snow. Kojima, under an alias, was quickly instated to the academy, earning the usual rank of Genin. However, before he got much further, his clan had decided that they were tired of the Land of Snow and attempted to seek refuge to Konoha. Many of them were caught, but a small number, including Kojima's family, got through.
Kojima settled into the village, being incorperated into the ninja corps and eventually becoming a Chuunin. He used his position to do solo missions and watch academy students while avoiding large social contact with his peers, henceforth he was little known amongst the rest of the Konoha roster. However, he was faithful to his causes and did his best to make sure his mission was done or students under his watch were alright.
Personality/Traits:
Kojima is young, and usually serious. Knowledge is a higher priority for him, and tries to learn everything he can, whenever he can. When it comes to his own kin, or those of allied nations, he is a kind, caring person. At the same time, however, with the wrong provocation, he can become cold and collected, often ruthless, or just plain annoyed, depending on the severity of the situation. He is proud of the Chie blood that runs through his veins, and, though he is not the hoped master of the Aoiunkoume as he wishes he could be, his bloodline makes him a force to be reckoned with regardless.

Racial:
Aoiunkoume - Lightspeed Level 1
The infamous main trait of Kojima's Kekkei Genkai, the Aoiunkome, allows his body to jump into lightspeed, henceforth 'slowing' down everything around him, usually providing the illusion that he makes movements in under a second. This allows him to perform several actions whilst the opponent is 'frozen.' However, using this technique burns through his chakra very quickly. Costs 10 MP to start and 5 MP for every action taken while it is in effect.
This move allows Kojima to take numerous actions in what appears to others to be a fraction of a second. To determine how many, double his effective Speed and then divide it by the Speed of the fastest enemy opposing him (round to the nearest). This is how many actions Kojima gets before the target or his allies can react with Act, and the same number of actions must be responded to the same way (in terms of Dodge or Defend). Act expenditure is normal.
Slot 1:
Weapon Proficiency: Ninja Gear (Sword)
Kojima is capable of wielding various types of Ninja weaponary with high performance. This proficiency covers single edged swords.
Slot 2:
Shuriken Touketsu Tacchi no Jutsu/Icy Touch of the Shuriken Technique
Kojima preforms a few handseals, and molds his chakra into that of shuriken made of solid ice, which he proceeds to throw at his enemies. Costs 6 MP, and the resulting shuriken has +9+SPwrBonus ICE damage to it's name, and will not survive it's first use. It is otherwise the same as any other shuriken. If thrown at the moment they're created, it will not cost Act.
These shurikens can be stockpiled before, after, or during battle, but only an amount equal to Kojima's SPwr Bonus can be on his person at any given time.
Slot 3:
Weapon Proficiency: Ninja Gear (Thrown Weapon) (Passive)
Kojima is capable of wielding various types of Ninja weaponary with high performance. This proficiency covers any weapon that is thrown to deal damage.
Slot 3.5:
Dual Wield Level 1 (Passive)
Allows a person to dual wield one-handed weapons in each hand as long as they deal the same damage type and the person has at least basic proficiency in each weapon type. Power is only factored once when attacking with two weapons.
-20 Accuracy, 1/2 Weapon Power when dual wielding.
Slot 4:
Aoiunkoume - Speedster's Sight: Level 1 (Passive)
As a result of Kojima's kekkei genkai, Kojima is able to 'see' in speed. Any action that is made, he can 'see' as if it were at a reasonable speed, and henceforth gives him a better chance at evasion of enemy action. This ability is made inactive when Kojima cannot see. +5Speed for purposes of Dodging only.
Slot 4.5:
Chakra Focus (Passive)
If Kojima makes no action on his turn, then a small portion of his MP is regenerated. For every turn of combat Kojima has full ACT, recover his SPwrII Bonus in MP.

Aoiunkoume - Speedster's Sight: Level 2 (Passive/Upgrade)
After a decent amount of usage and experimenting with the Chie's Kekkei Genkai, Kojima has been able to expand upon the basics of the Aoiunkoume's adjustments to speed based on retaliation. In addition to previous bonuses, Kojima is granted a temporary +5 Speed if one attempts to interrupt him. This does not work if Kojima attempts to interrupt an opponent himself.

Shuriken Toketsu Tacchi no Jutsu: Level 2 (Upgrade)
Kojima as been able to refine the chakra molding process of his homemade jutsu, allowing for slightly more effect for less energy. Kojima's Ice Shuriken has a slight increase in damage.
