Okay, the idea is this:
If a Sub-GM runs a campaign, he/she should go ahead and name the campaign something and go ahead and we need a spot on the board where GMs and Sub-GMs can post to. This would stop experience points from being awarded in the channel so that people go about adjusting their sheets and such. Also, it helps sub-gms that are not used to the experience awards to have a chance to post up things such as: Character names that participated The day played A light summary of what transpired, highlighting characters that did things very well.
For campaigns that run longer than a day, such as for a week or two or that just get held off, make a Reply to post for the new day or mark the new day separate with the 'edit' option. This way it stays neatly in one topic and can be viewed easier.
Sub-GMs should not really tell players yet what they get, other than swag so that the main GM can look over the board section and be able to change what might be needed and also have time to talk to the sub-gm in PM so that the channel is not brought to a halt by arguments etc.
When the adventure is concluded, the sub-GM can put a note saying that it's over, the summary of what transpired in a paragraph or two and if he/she knows the Experience stuff, do out the work. Grad then approves it and does adjustments and posts on the topic that the sub-GM can now announce the Exp final award to the players, which can be done in the channel.
As for Experience Award raises, if the sub-GMs do this, it will enable Grad to be able to do more and take care of sheets faster. If he can set a day a week or every other week, then he can go through sheets easier and yet have more free time to do things he'd like to, like running adventures or even participating in more adventures ran by Sub-GMs.
Hope this makes sense as I tried to do a summary of what I said in channel.
