General Description:
Mewtri is covered from head to tail in indigo fur, which is darkest at his stomach, down between his legs, and throughout his tail. His bright green eyes peer out from a feline face with small ears atop his head, facing forward. His lengthy tail, which is as long as he is tall ends in a bulbous, rounded shape. His short forearms end in three rounded finger tips. Beneath his thin fur lies a visible layer of toned muscles. In short, Mewtri is a larger version of mew with a different fur color. His foot paws and head are like Mew's, but his arms and tail are closer to Mewtwo's.
General History:
A second attempt at creating a more powerful clone of the mythical pokemon, Mew, Mewtri is sleeker, and more close in appearance to the original than his predecessor. He has been growing for about a month in his pod now, and is about ready to awaken...

He can copy a proficiency up to the level of this skill and no higher. Only one proficiency may be copied at a time. Costs a Turn of concentration, and the traced ally must make an attack during this time, whether it hits or misses, for Mewtri to copy his form. It lasts SPwrII Bonus number of Turns before the trace runs out, but this counter is reset every time the traced ally makes an attack action. Considered a MIND type action.
Psycho Weapon: Mewtri focuses his psychic powers and creates a force of pure psychic energy in the form of a weapon, taking on the type of weapon he has learned with Trace- Proficiency. This weapon can be given to allies for their use if necessary. Requires PP to maintain over time, and Mewtri must remain conscious.
6 MP to create, 3 MP per turn to maintain. The created weapon has a damage rating equal to Mewtri's SPwr Bonus+SPwrII Bonus with a cap of +20. If the weapon is Cutting, it's power is multipled by 1.2. If the weapon created has any special traits inherant to the design, these factors can be added in by decreasing the weapon's damage by 2 and paying 3 extra MP on creation. Any numerical values in this factor are multipled by the weapon's damage divided by the copied weapons damage. Spell Damage bonus from wands or rods cannot be copied. If this is used to copy a natural weapon, it automatically incurs the penalty as if it had an additional special trait.
Psycho Cut: A powerful, sweeping pressure of psychic energy cuts across a single target like a blade, dealing damage. Powerful, but PP-expensive. +6 MIND damage. 4 MP.
Levitate: Mewtri constantly (or can, if it can't be constant) levitate above any surface, even water, but cannot go too far from the surface. This prevents Earth type damage or damage from harmful terrain, but disables Defense. It takes on action worth of time, but no Act, to land, and takes a full turn to resume levitation.
(Racial) Psychic Type: Applies SPwrII or SPwr Bonus twice when using MIND type moves.

Covers his head, arm, and torso equip slots. Appearance-wise, this is a more sleek version of the armor Mewtwo had when he was created, but with a different intent. A light, metallic blue in color, and the visor over his eyes is black on the outside. Decreases MP costs of all MIND type actions by 1 overall, functions as +5/+5 Armor, and reduces by 5 the % chance of being afflicted with any mind-altering status effect.
