Description: Felix is a rabbit type reploid who is built for scouting and sniping. He jokes around at even the worst of situations, but he doesn't let his jocular attitude get in the way of his duties. He joined the Maverick Hunters a couple months after his friend, Spyke. Even though his time as a Hunter is shorter than Spyke's, he has had more combat experience, and it shows. On the field, his lithe form can be seen dashing amongst his slower opponents, his light brown fur and crimson colored armor just mere blurs in the haze of battle.

Life Bullet: Life Bullet: Felix can, in the field, refill a clip one bullet at a time by draining his life force into it, 1 act per bullet. The clip cannot be in the gun, either. He can conversly drain HP from the clip (when it is not in the gun) gaining 1 HP for every +2 the bullet(s) had (draining a whole clip takes only 1 Act)
Target Equipment: Attack equipment with a bullet, lowering it's effectiveness by the damage of said bullet. If the equipment is destroyed completely, leftover damage carries over to the wielder. Evade for anything but armor is doubled.
Geo Splitter- A burst of energy from Felix's body, focused on the ground from him to his enemy, that causes it to split, damaging them with the shrapnel of the freshly opened ground.
Dmg = +6 EARTH X Ground Mod. Cost = 4 MP X Ground Mod
20% chance of Ground-related status effect.
Recon - 6 MP. Tells HP, Elemental weaknesses and resistances, description of armor, and description of the enemy.
Slow Missile: Reduces a projectile's power by a desired amount, and dealing half that amount as Speed Stat damage. MP Cost is 1.5*Speed Damage.
HYPER MODE
Felix can enter Hyper Mode for a maximum of 1+(Total Character Level/10) rounds. Costs no Act to Enter or Exit Hyper Mode, but can only be done at the start of his turn. If a battle ends before his turn, that turn is not lost towards his limit. When in Hyper Mode, only Hyper Mode-tagged equipment can be used. His Normal Abilities are replaced by Hyper Mode-only moves.
