NPCs They may not be in the spot light as much as our player heroes, but they can still whupp you!
~EVIL~ Ultimate darkness, the most dasterdly of beings. They're the ones responsible for the rather high blood pressure count among the poor heroes.
Dr. Robotnik: A hopeless villain that dabbles in doomsday devices. They never really work, mostly because he always adds an extremely notable, often flashing, and usually intensely easy and deadly to hit weak spot. Even if it's not notable, Sonic usually finds it anyway, and the bot doesn't last long... He was encountered only long enough for the heroes to defeat him, and it's thought that with Sonic gone, he doesn't have the heart to keep trying to take over the world. At least he stopped that crap about roboticizing people...
Exor: A really really big sword that terrorized the Mushroom Kingdom before, and is obviously back for more. Has been defeated and sent packing.
The Dark Father: Called Father by those too afraid to call him what he thinks he is. Despite his childlike appearance, this angellic figure appeared for only five seconds, but in that time completely destroyed the world as we knew it. After Alastor's interference, he resolved himself to simply rule the world with an iron fist rather than destroy it. He's in for a nasty surprise when the heroes come knock knock knocking on Heaven's door again...
Michael: Every fiber of this angel's being is full of violence and apathy. Even if he isn't particularly evil, his unslakable lust for combat is pretty close to the same thing, and he really doesn't care who or what he's cutting down as long as it can be justified in his eyes.
Michael was defeated and captured after Bahamut was cured, and is currently being held in Hyrule Castle's dungeon.
Metatron: Illtempered and proud, this Seraphim thinks of himself as second only to God. Anyone less holy than he is, which is everyone nonangelic, is only good for target practice and endless hatred. He holds a particular hatred for Mystic, who's fire magic is nearly on par with his own...
Metatron was defeated and slain after the Berzerker incident.
Gabriel: A nasty, judgemental Seraphim with a painful horn and little patience for 'sinners'. He'd just as soon blow you to bits because you sneezed on the good linens.
Raphael: A peaceful Seraphim healer who pities more than persecutes 'sinners' like his angelic brethran. He hasn't been seen since his 'death' just before the Apocolypse.
~GOOD~ Cameo characters! Yay! These guys show up to lend a helping hand, and some of them are quite...Famous. *coughcoughs in Mario's direction*
Sheik: A mysterious warrior who appeared only a day after Princess Zelda disappeared. He weilds a chain and his bare hands with deady accuracy, and works now with the Resistance.
E. Gadd: A strange old man with unparlleled scientific genius in the Mushroom Kingdom, with a great knowledge of the supernatural as well as modern technology. His inventions include the Poultergust 3000, a vaccuum designed to capture ghosts; The FLUDD system, an extremely powerful and adaptable hose; and some of the best coffee the Mushroom Kingdom has ever tasted. No one is sure where he is just now.
Mario: The famed hero of the Mushroom Kingdom (several times over, in fact). He is a short fat plumber with a mustache, a silly hat, and an ungodly jumping ability. His leaps can carry him several yards in a direction and a few times his own height into the air! He has also been known to weild a mean mallet, and has a vicious right hook.
General Tiam: A Drakalfos Fencer with myriad skills and great experience in battle, coupled with the laid back, quick thinking genius required for a true leader to be effective. Once he gets into a rage, he's unstoppable with his Dragon-fang-tipped Rapier, and once he cares about someone, he's an unmovable barrier between them and the forces of destruction.
Tiam has recently had a rough time of it, defeated and captured by Metatron, turned into a slave, and beaten up by the party before finally returning to normal. Always one to look on the bright side, he doesn't terribly regret the time of suffering, and has learned a few things from being the enemy...
Bahamut: The great lord of dragons, Bahamut! What more needs to be said?
Tiamat:
Leviathan:
King Dedede: The king of Pop Star, at least in his own mind at the very least. He used to be very selfish and apathetic, but slowly Kirby changed his tune, and he matured remarkably when the Apocolypse occured. He now wields his hammer with authority, at peace in his mind with what he once was, and fully ready to unleash the force that he now is on those that dare threaten his home.
Metaknight: Enigmatic, dark, mysterious... dangerous... These are all words that describe Metaknight well. A former Star Knight untilt hey were disbanded, he lives in constant struggle with the chip on his shoulder and the mask on his face, hiding unwept tears and seething calm. Though not a bad man, he has many agendas that could be considered less than holy, but he has quietly shelved them all for now to take on the threat that has hit the world, taking it in stride all too easily. He has incredible power and skill, a dazzling mix of physical power and arcane skills that seem most akin to Alchemy, such as transforming his cape into wings, or enveloping his sword in elemental power.
Will true light ever shine on his war-torn face again?
Alastor: A strange demon that tricked countless fighters, stealing their power for himself. He is currently hiding somewhere, trying to master the intense power which he has stolen in hopes of realizing some unknown agenda. Probably the typical take over the universe thing...
It has been recently disseminated that Alastor is somehow in league with the rulers of the four worlds, as well as the great dragon Bahamut. Details are sketchy, but they know he has 'a plan', and that Bahamut approves of it...Could there be a light in this darkness that none see? Or is he more evil than anyone thought previously?
Thought to be killed at the Battle of Dancing Storms by the Dark Father, protecting the planet oddly enough.
Alastor has apparantly survived his supposed death, and was found chained up in Metatron's castle. He doesn't want to talk about what happened to him there, but judging by the fact that a suit of armor made of his flesh was found amongst the other spoils, it must not have been fun... Alastor has proven to be a full fledged good guy, and has thus rejoined the Nintendo Special Forces in the war against DF.

Starfox Team: An aerial mercenary team skilled in all sorts of combat, although they mainly prefer the skies, couped up in the futuristic jets called the Arwings. They have crash-landed on the middle of the Apocalyptic Ocean and now has stored up huts there. Below are the members that NSF has ran into.
Fox McCloud: Leader of the Starfox Team, and very skilled. He is proficient in sky, land, vehicle, and even submarine combat, and he is not hesitant to show what he can do. So far, he has proven to be a very powerful individual, and if he has his staff out, he is very, very deadly.
Falco Lombardi: The Team's Ace Pilot and generally second-in-command. He is the best one out of the group when it comes to using an Arwing, but he is usually a sitting duck when it comes to ground combat. Despite this, he is a quick thinker and can get himself out of hairy situations. He looks to Fox as his rival, since he generally gets the fame, but lately he has lightened up to him.
Krystal: A powerful telepath, able to read thought patterns from various species. Krystal was saved by Fox when she was captured on Dinosaur Planet, and now she is part of the team's active roster.
~End Roster~
Starwolf Team: A band of mercenaries that was originally hired by Andross to take down the StarFox team. These days, StarWolf now actually helps out StarFox whenever a general crisis occurs, but they still would like nothing better than to get rid of their rival team. Currently, they're in the same fate as StarFox, crash-landing as well. Below is the roster of what NSF has ran into.
Wolf 'O Donnel: Leader of the StarWolf team, Wolf is just as proficient in all areas like Fox, if not better. Fox and Wolf see each other as bitter rivals.
Panther Caruso: A rather flirty, but skilled individual in the ways of flight combat. However, he wasn't quite able to show that since he was first met on the ground. Needless to say, he was sent packing after NSF and Starfox showed him and Wolf a thing or two.
~End Roster~
King Mickey:
~?~ It's not really known whether these guys are good or bad...What a bunch of weirdos.
Demons 1, 2, and 3: A trio of hapless demons claiming to be the sons of Alastor. Despite being defeated once already, it is hard to tell if that is truly going to be their only appearance...After all, their 'bodies' were discovered to be missing the day after their defeat.
The Son's of Alastor have been revealed as meer children in powered suits that sustain their life. Despite this revelation, there is still very little known about them, and they havn't been seen in quite a while.
Bowser: The king of koopas, villain of villains, and all time coolest guy ever. At least, thats what HE says... Bowser is a strange, really big turtle with a singleminded obsession with Peach, but most of the time he seems more confused than evil. He doesnt seem to grasp the concept of good always triumphs over evil, and his plots just get lamer and lamer and more repetetive as he goes. but he seems to have really given up this time...Maybe he's just plain tired of being trounced. Bowser's current location is unknown after his home was attacked by Alastor
Recently discovered passed out on the beach, Lyn talked him into joining the NSF with her ... ... Princessly Charms. Despite his repeated failures, Bowser is an extremely powerful warrior who uses his spikes, claws, and firebreath to great effect. Underestimating him based on his goofy, half baked plans would be a fatal mistake.
~PCs[/u]~ A strange force seems to have siezed the minds of some of these heroes, but maybe the rest were always this crazy and powerful without getting spotlight. Hm...
~PC'd Heroes~ Great warriors that have saved the world at least once already! They have appeared alongside the new, though weakened slightly, to lend their expertise to the battle and make sure the warriors of today live to become the heroes of tomarrow.
Ashe: A princess that has a lot of beauty. Don't let that underestimate her though, as she is a very skill combatant.
A princess of Dalmasca, she has a blood vengeance against the military forces that has manipulated her kingdom.
Jing & Kir: A playful, benevolent thief (Jing) and his smartass raven (Kir), an unseperable duo. Jing is known sometimes as the lord of all thieves, and there's not a thing in the world that he can't steal from you. Kir, his crow friend, is not your average bird, not just because he can talk, but also because he holds mystical powers such as power over lightning and the ability to transform. If a job is botched, the powerful Kir Royalle may be the last thing the guards see until next morning....Not that a job is ever botched.
Kirby: Little pink puffball o' fun who likes eating stuff, no matter how much it struggles. Aside from his gulping powers, he wields a mean hammer and just loves smashing stuff with it. He hasn't really changed much from the cataclysm. Some people just refuse to frown.
Luigi: The not so famed other hero of the Mushroom Kingdom...Despite his part in Mario's adventures, he recieves almost NO recognition and most people are unaware that Mario even has a brother. Its sad, really...
Although, Luigi has recently been trying to make a name for himself, going on missions with the NSF. There was even a time when someone requested him instead of Mario. Shocking, eh?
Luigi has pretty much all the talents of Mario, and a few that only he can use. Together, however, is when they really shine.
Lyn(dis): A nomad woman who turned out to be a princess. She wields little magic power, but her sword technique is incredible, and her style of single strikes is outright deadly. She can even evoke magic within a sword and use it as her own!
Megaman: The blue bomber that came before X! Buster shining, this cyberkid saved the world countless times from the evil Dr. Wily, the final time leading up to his ejection from the world, to this one. Though naive, Megaman is intelligent enough to do what needs to be done, the most obvious isntance of this being the time he nearly killed Dr. Wily, which goes against even his most core, base programming.
Peach: The princess of the Mushroom Kingdom who for reasons no one can fathom is fighting alongside the Resistance against the Dark Father. Shouldn't she be hiding or something?
Renee Gibbson: A HOSA member whose dream is to become a master surgeon. Renee is a rather skilled individual in the ways of doctoring. Due to this, plenty of members found her as valuable. Although lately she has shown an obvious infatuation on Li.
Riku: A silver haired teenager perpetually hanging on the doorstep of Twilight. His soul is drenched in darkness, yet burns with a light that cannot be exstinquished. Riku is a Keyblade Master alongside his best friend, Sora, gifted with a Keyblade from the realm of Twilight, The Way to Dawn. He also has a very dangerous power called 'Dark Mode', which darkens and harms him slowly, but grants his already formidable abilities an insane boost of power.
Rock Lee: A ninja of Konoha who stops at nothing to prove himself to the world that hard work pays off. So far, he has proven it to be just that. As soon as he joined the NSF, he became a powerful factor to the team, using his skills to mercilessly take the down the enemy. It seems he thinks of it all as training though...
Ryu: A street fighter whose greatest desire is to become the strongest fighter in the world. He is outlooked to being quiet, but nice. Being a strong individual, he joins NSF in hopes of bettering his skills even further than what they are now.
Sasuke Uchiha: The Uchiha with a blood vengeance against his own brother. He is a ninja of Konoha, and one of the most skilled of his generation. He's a bit antisocial and impulsive, but it is all because he is an avenger...
Sasuke has joined the NSF in a leisurely stride, being a rather technical combatant. His favorite thing to do is using the Chidori, which has gotten more powerful when Shadow agreed to take him under his wing.
Shadow: Shadow, the self proclaimed ultimate life, shows a striking resemblance to Sonic, but is overall more sinister looking than his alter ego. Shadow is a little slower than Sonic, but he uses specially made laser skates to even the score a little, and his combat abilities are more focused and refined. His ability to make logical, snap decisions may make him seem as rash as the other, but Shadow thinks things through much more thoroughly than him. Shadow is a strange type with a tragic, mysterious past that he doesnt like to talk about, but is nonetheless good at heart...At the heart of every decision he makes is the last promise he made a long, long time ago........
Shadow has taken the new predicament in stride nicely, keeping his cool composure utterly intact. at least, on the outside.
Sonic: A strange blue hedgehog possessed of incredibly speed rivaling that of sound itself, hence his name. His battle strategy is as quick and wreckless as he is, and he uses his tough spines effectively for both offense and defense. Coupled with his incredible speed and his mysterious ability to manipulate the power of Chaos, this makes him a force to be reckoned with. Like the other heroes, Sonic is used to the kind of thing that's happening, and it darkened his mood only slightly. He wears a bitchin' robe now, though!
Sora: What appears to be no more than a child is truly the master of the legendary Keyblade, an amorphous weapon that can open or close even philosophical locks, as well as being the only thing that can truly defeat the Heartless, vicious monsters that devour the hearts of others. Despite the fact that he's a kid, he has great power, and his hairbrained attacks actually work most of the time. Well versed in both weapon techniques and magic, he charges into even the darkest situations with a broad grin and an optimism that would make Axl blush.
Tron Bonne: A highly intelligent woman who likes to build machinery. She is a person whose desire is to get her family out of the debt zone and put a good reputation. With servbots at her side, any machinery that is used against the NSF is in for a rude awakening. Oh, and don't make her lose. Otherwise she'll look bad in front of Megaman... was I supposed to stay that?
"X": A reploid that has constantly thwarted Sigma's plans, time and time again. Along with his partner Zero, X has done a lot of good in the world, but he was eventually destroyed. From that point, he now lives as a Cyber Elf. Although he doesn't have a physical form, he proves to be very proficient in healing.
~PC'd...Villains!?~ These are um...The opposite of the above! They've tried (and failed, usually) to DESTROY the world at least once. Could they have really turned over a new leaf!? Or do they just not like the idea of other people getting the spotlight as evildo'ers...
Axel: A man, age difficult to determine, with a pyromaniacal view on things, skilled in fighting with Chakram and fire magic. He has a childish disposition and tends to be, at the risk of sounding cheesy, hot tempered at times, but this is because he overcompensates for his supposed lack of natural emotion, forcing himself to feel it by overdoing it and feeding on the reactions. This unfortunate being lost his heart in the experiments that lead to the Heartless coming into existance, and it's his biggest most fantastic dream to find it, though he doubts he ever will. Not that evil, but his selfishness and apathy through most of his career landed him in the Villain catagory. Will this Nobody ever know true emotion again?
Marluxia: This Nobody is a rather odd one. Don't let that pink hair fool you, as this person is probably the manliest out of the entire organization. Playing as Leader in the Castle Oblivion, many people, including Sora and Riku, does not like this guy, and he continues to 'be a dick', even after joining NSF.
That doesn't mean he is not useful though. In battle, he is quite powerful with his scythe and abilities.
Saix: A Nobody who is calm and collected, until in the heat of battle. When in combat, he uses the power of the moon, and he becomes the craziest guy you'll ever meet in your entire life. He seemed to have joined NSF in hopes of regaining a heart, but plenty people are still weary of him.
Sephiroth: A highly powerful person who has cause more problems than anyone in his homeworld. Dangerous, fearful, but always calm, he has many cautious eyes looming over him. Don't even ask why he joined NSF in the first place.
