The winner would be rewarded beyond his or her wildest dreams, in return getting one wish of any calibur. Heeding the call, great warriors of all kinds flocked to their greatest cities to participate in this grand brawl. To their dismay, they found themselves whisked away to a distant, unknown place none of them knew existed, to fight eachother. The Smash Tourneyment had begun.
Scene 2: The Beginning of the End
Unknown to the valiant warriors, the tourney was only a ruse to gather together great power. Alastor, a previously unheard of evil, and a demon of great power, made his appearance, draining power from every fighter that made it past the prelims, and at the same time sealing away all hope of his defeat. The plan was flawless if not for the intervention of the tourneyment's host, who set free a select few warriors, returning their power to them. In a valiant battle; Blitz A hammering warrior of great power; Li, a covert rouge, nonetheless a great fighter; Mystic, mystical mage of the Mushroom Kingdom; and the mysterious Pitch, mustered their power and defeated Alastor in battle. He disappeared to lick his wounds and plot...
Scene 3: Cracking the Mystery of the Egg
Exploring the strange new place that they had been brought to, Mystic found a strange egg below the main building. It was cracked, and assumed to be the egg of the demon Alastor. Meanwhile, in Robotopolis, a feirce battle raged between the blue bomber, Megaman and robot master of electricity, Elecman, which resulted in a stalemate as their power combined in a freak accident, breaking through the boundries of space and sending them hurtling to the Smash Tournament building, where they met up with the heroes. Mystic led his allies, new and old, to investigate the bizarre egg, but the incredible evil of the egg stopped all attempts cold. On the verge of giving up, they seeked out the help of one with more experiance...Professor E. Gadd of Mushroom Kingdom. While escorting him to their query, they were attacked by demons claiming to be the children of Alastor. Whether or not this is true is not yet validated. After trumping them soundly, they continued on to their new home. E. Gadd inspected the egg carefully, but the investigation would yield little for a while. However, before they went back up, the egg spit out a strange man named Sentai, a mysterious swordsmen with a power over water. He would no doubt be of use in the battle against Alastor.
Scene Four: Harmony
E. Gadd finished his investigation, and built the new Game Boy Horror Advanced, which could detect demons. He promised to help out more, and once more began to investigate and tinker...The new device gots its first test on the way out of the egg chamber, and passed with flying colors; A strange man appeared, and the GBHA identified him as Alastor despite his perfect disguise, and a feirce battle ensued against the demon. It was however a futile fight, and the heroes were thrashed badly by their adversary; Before Mystic could attack with his magic, however, Alastor had left...For some reason, the demon wanted the party alive and well; This strange harmony was a great source of confusion, but was nonetheless lauded as it saved their hides...
Scene Five: In Sheeps Clothing
A strange creature arrived, which looked like a rather large hedgehog with blue spikes. He explained that his name was Sonic, and he had accidently arrived in this dimension after an accident using Chaos Control that sent him hurtling through dimensions to land there; Hotohemai, a strange lady with a fixation on Li, and Vhan, a bizare robot ninja, also appeared later on, as well as the Debacle Vial, a strange bottle that contained deepest personal emnity and strife personified. Soon after, they saw on the news that a very popular new politician was vowing reform and help for those who needed it; His name, Alan Astor. This man looked exactly like Alastor in his human form, and it didn't take long for the party to attack. Alas, their attempts to awaken the people to the true nature of their new hero were futile, and the party became extremely unpopular while Alastor's influence grew....In a desperate last ditch effort, the heroes lured the now angry mob of Alastor's supporters back to their base, cleverly using the darkness of the egg below to knock them out so they could face off against Alastor. Before they could do anything, however, he made a terrifying revalation; Alastor had taken the Chaos Emerald from Sonic. Alastor mocked the heroes, saying that he was only allowing them to live because they were 'useful'....
Their minds heavy with this, but their resolve strengthened by it, our heroes now quest to claim the legendary Star Rod, hopefully a match for the power of the Chaos Emerald...
