Villain Ability - Arcane Conduit: While his own personal power is... Questionable, Kefka has a knack for turning the magic of others to his own advantage. This has the following effects.
Kefka can radiate a still-present fragment of the power of the Warring Triad as an aura of potent but uncontrollable energy. The unique wavelength of this divine energy disrupts mortal magic severely, cutting the damage of any purely magical move in half after all other calculations. This effects friend or foe alike, and the field can be suppressed or resumed by Kefka once per round on his turn. Certain forms of magic might get around this of course...
Kefka can, out of battle, suck the magic from practically any artifact, filling his Training Slots with it for various effects. What this actually does even he won't know until he tries it, but it can generally be reversed. He cannot, however, pull the magic from one thing and place it in another. Standard Training Slot use cost may apply either full or halved.
Fallen pure-magical creatures can likewise be absorbed if killed, but Kefka must act fast.
Racial - Madness: Kefka is quite thoroughly insane, and thus immune to Fear effects.
Weapon Prof: Sword
Ability 2: Fire - 4 MP, +8 FIRE damage.
Ability 3: Ice - 4 MP, +6 FIRE damage.
Ability 4: Armor Prof Shield - Shield Bash
