Villain Ability: Feline Fatalle: The cat is at all times graceful to the point of mystifying and, if she wishes, alluring. When using seductive abilities, she can choose to substitute half the average of her Speed and Accuracy in place of SPwr. There is a 20% chance of any enemy interested in women falling prey to an instant Charm status on each of their turns. In similiar manner, she has a 10% chance of inflicting the same thing on one who attacks her on any successful Dodge.
These chances are rolled even if they are already charmed, and on a success, the target may give her an item.

Passive Ability: Dodge (+5 Speed for Dodge calcs only)
Passive Ability: Enhanced Reflex (+5 Speed for Priority checks only)
Passive Ability: Acrobatics - Can attempt a Dodge of an AoE attack with Level/4 Speed. A success halves the total damage.
Passive Ability: Wall Climb

Passive Ability: Burglary - +5 Accuracy when searching the environment for traps
Passive Ability: Stealth - Can 'sneak' at half her normal Movement Rates. Any enemies who aren't paying attention, or aren't aware of Catwoman, will lose track of him. Naturally, if they aren't aware of her, they'll have a hard time becoming so.
Passive Ability: Nightvision - Not unlike the cats from which she took her namesake, Selina doesn't exactly see in the dark so much as have a better sense of where things are in the dark. Thus she can see where things are, but might not know 'what' things are.
Racial Ability: Feline Friendship - Selina can use her ability to communicate with cats to her advantage, getting them to sneak ahead or into places she can't get, giving her a heads up. They'll get things for her, bring things places for her, unlock things simple enough for their paws ... etc. Not the most helpful allies, but oh so cute. This also grants Cat Claws proficiency.
