Game of Origin/Race: Hails from a combination of the Mario Universe and obscurity She's a Koopa.
Age: Appears to be in her late teens, her true age is unknown, and it's assumed she's delved into magic to accelerate her years.
Weight: 160 lbs (NO! She's not fat... It's mostly shell.)

Basic look, larger shell, generally wears lots of frilly pink dresses and skirts to hide her nekkidness, and leave her womanly form to the imagination.
General History: Noone really knows much about Bowser's daughter. She appeared as a cute little koopaling with a taste for gaudy jewelry, candy, and dead plumbers.
Then, as quickly as she came she disappeared after a few more brief attempts at pleasing her father by doing his bidding, and her personal tries at conquering the Mushroom Kingdom.
The true story, may never be known, but now Wendy O has returned in a much more mature form thanks to her way with the dark arts, and as much as she ever did she seeks to gain her father's approval.
What your character hates most: Princesses, Plumbers, Vegetables.
What your character loves most: Pink, Her Daddy.
What your character hopes for: To make her papa proud, and eventually take her place as rightful ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom second only to him.

Villain Ability - Bowser's Progeny: Upgrades Koopa racial to Princess Size. Gives a certain amount of political pull in the Koopa Kingdom, though this doesn't generally doesn't amount to much.
In addition to this, her years have taught her to get what she wants with almost eerie proficiency. Attempts made by her to persuede others are bolstered at the GM's discression, and Charm or other such effects have doubled durations when she causes them.
Racial - Koopa (Princess Size): Princessly Koopa Shell natural armor.
Candy Wand Proficiency: Wendy normally focuses on cute if destructive magics, but she's not above smacking someone in the head.
Kootie Pie Dance: Wendy begins a rather seductive dance that seems to flow like the very magic she commands, targeting one adversary she'll finish the dance rather clumsily, tripping and giving them peek up her skirt at her pretty pink underwear.
Costs 8 MP to preform. +6 MIND damage, 33% Charm chance on one target of the opposite sex. If the Charm effect kicks in, the target will become very distracted by ... Nosebleeds.
If the move fails to do damage, Wendy is considered Knocked Down instantly and takes twice the floor's Hardness in damage.
Bubbles!: Wendy conjures her cuddly magic of doom and fires forth a large stream of tiny pink bubbles that explode on impact. 4 MP, +4 WATER damage.
Bow Tie: Wendy sends a vast array of magical ribbons at her adversary, attempting to ensnare the target, and constrict them causing damage. 6 MP. Deals +6 CHAOS damage, and has a 33% chance of binding them around the arms, pinning them to the body and disallowing their use. The rings deal their unaltered Spell Damage every round they remain in place.
The rings have a Power stat and HP equal to Wendy's SPwr, and can be broken with a successful Power Check, or attacked by an outside force.
