General Description: Green skin on his head and yellow skin on his arms and legs, he has a large green shell to protect his back with spikes on it. He has large red bushy eyebrows and a patch of red hair on his head. Horns portrude from the sides of his massive head.
General History: He was born bad. Not only is he the lord of koopas, he was quite the handful as a child as well. His birth parents are unknown. He considers himself king of the Mushroom Kingdom, yet he can never successfully overtake the throne, due to Mario's pestering inteferences. He's tried ruining Mario's reputation, and instead had his butt handed to him by Mario handling a water spewing machine. He was revived by King Boo, who used his corpse as a host, but also got humiliated by Luigi handling an overpowered vaccuum. He even went so low as to send his own son against Mario countless times. He likes to eat feasts upon feasts, and also enjoys a few rounds of tennis and golf every now and then.

What your character loves most: kidnapping Princess peach.
What your character hopes for: To conquer Mushroom kingdom and Kidnap Peach successfuly for once, and even rid himself of mario.

ABILITIES
Villain Ability: Koopa King - Bowser is the king of the Koopas, which is both a race and a title, both of which are very handy. This grants him access to his unique 'Race', which has it's own lovely traits. It also gives him a certain amount of legal pull in his Koopa Kingdom, limited more by it's limited resources than his amount of sway. He has ultimate power, but over not much... It also grants him access to the Giga Bowser transformation detailed below.
Racial Ability: Koopa (King Size) - Kingly Koopa Shell natural armor.
His prodigious size takes one Unit off anything he wields and his total armor weight, stacking with any other effects. This is countered by the fact that his size also means anything he equips must be custom made to fit him, which costs 1.25* the usual cost in shops and adds +10 to the DC to create it. It does not, however, require extra material. Somehow.
Giga Bowser- If Bowser get's provoked enough,(put in mind his excess personality...) He'll transform into his more powerful alter ego, Giga Bowser! His weight doubles, and his height does as wel, making him twice as powerful as he normally is. He is, however, twice as slow...
Power is doubled, Speed is halved, all Movement skills are cut by one level (or cut in half if they are level 1 or lower). Natural armor and weaponry is doubled. Defense increases by half the amount that Speed decreased. Attacks of the following types take on the following traits, as long as he is preforming them;
CUTTING attacks gain twice his SPwr Bonus as DARK damage, with a 50% chance of Stun. This damage caps at 30.
PIERCING attacks gain his SPwr Bonus as AoE1 ICE damage, with a 10% one-turn Freeze chance.
BLUDGEONING attacks gain his SPwr Bonus as AoE1 WIND damage around him, which has a 10% Knockback chance.
FIRE attacks have a 20% chance of causing Burn, with the added effect of the move's spell damage recurring once per turn until the Burn goes away.
This transformation can only be preformed if Bowser is below 33% HP, and it costs half his MP. This transformation has a 50% chance of being instantly triggered if Bowser is Revived on the same turn as he is killed, and will not cost MP if this happens.
Fire Ball~ Bowser shoots a huge fireball the size of a modern day tool shed It's very slow however...
This attack requires a Turn to muster up. Once fired, it costs 6 MP and deals +8 damage. The ball is 1 Unit in diameter, and travels one Unit forward every turn. Even after striking a target, it will continue on for a number of turns equal to Bowser's SPwr Bonus.

Koopa Klaws: +14 CUTTING weapons. He has a set on each hand, and they will be considered equipped if Bowser is not carrying a weapon at the time. These two sets are Identical. These claws are natural weapons, and thus do not require a proficiency.
Koopa Fangs: +14 PIERCING weapons. Attacking with this weapon is dangerous, however, as it requires Bowser to get extremely close and open his mouth. This reduces Accuracy of such attacks by 10 and allows a canny enemy a great chance to attack. These fangs are Natural weapons, and thus do not require a proficiency.
Kingly Koopa Shell: Natural armor. +8/+8 defense. Physical attacks from behind incur +2 PIERCING damage. Contact attacks from behind incur +4 PIERCING damage. Tackling attacks from behind incur +8 PIERCING damage. Sadly, the armor is poorly weight-proportioned, and an attack of sufficient force will send poor Bowser toppling over onto his back for three turns or until he uses an Act to get up. If for any reason Bowser is on his back, the armor from this shell will not help him.
Trophy Gun~ Temporarily Turns the opponent into a trophy for a few turns, stopping them completely. A shot from this gun deals no damage, but if it hits, there is a 50% chance the target will be transformed into a Trophy, and will remain one for 1 action for every 20% of their HP they have lost. A Trophy cannot be harmed, but can be modified in various odd ways at the GM's discression, and may also be unusually susceptible to hypnosis and suggestion. Once someone has been turned into a trophy once, they can resist being turned as such again without fail in the future if they wish.
