General Description: A young blonde woman with blue eyes. She often either wears a skintight, blue jumpsuit or her traditional Varia Suit armor.
General History: Orphaned due to a space pirate attack on her home space station, Samus was taken in by an ancient alien race called the Chozo. They infused the girl with their blood so that she could survive the harsh environments of their planet and gave her the Varia Suit which she almost always has with her. Since then, she has served the Galactic Federation as a bounty hunter who specifically handles cases dealing with space pirates and the alien race known as Metroids.

ABILITIES
Hero Ability: Varia Suit
Samus' suit, the Varia Suit, gift of the Chozo, is a very powerful bit of equipment. It's not so much armor as it is an extension of her body. It has a few abilities.
Varia Suit grants a +5/+5 base armor rating, which stacks with any armor worn. Up to 4 weapons can be 'grafted' into the suit, and these weapons are considered fully proficient if Samus uses them (grafting in weapons can be as easy as holding them or as difficult as a Machinery check) If the weapon is energy based, Samus can add her Special Power bonus to the final damage.
Racial Ability: Level 2 Jump
Screw Jump: A vicious rising, spinning attack. On groundbound enemies, it has a 33% Knockup chance. On aerial targets, it causes Knockup instantly. It has as many 'screws' as Samus has levels in Jump, one at each Unit of distance upward. Each time Samus strikes an enemy, they take +3 Cutting damage three times, with only one dodge chance, and Power stat applied only once. This attack costs 1 Act to jump and 1 Act to start it, but the attack starts immedietly.
Morph Ball: Samus curls up into a tight little ball of armor. In this form, she loses most attack capabilities, but is a very small target and a quick mover. Power is halved, and the difference is added to her Speed. Jump skill is halved, and every level lost translates into a level of Roll. In this form, she also gains a +4/+4 armor bonus, but can only preform attacks specifically taken for this form.
Power Bombs: Can only be preformed while in Morph Ball form. Three can be out at any given time, and three can be placed per turn, Act permitting. One turn after being placed, they explode in a +8 AoE burst of energy. Each costs 6 MP. Samus is immune to these blasts while in Morph Ball form, and can even harness their energy to preform the equivilant of a level 2 Jump
