General Description: A being made up of clear blue water in a roughly humanoid shape. He has crystal-like green eyes and a dark shape can be somewhat seen in his head: his brain.
General History: The original guardian of the Master Emerald and the Chaos Emeralds, Chaos was responsible for the fall of the Echidna Empire in ancient times, having been angered at their attempt to use the Emeraldsto conquer other countries. He absorbed the power of the gems and nearly destroyed everything before being sealed by the Echidna princess, Tikal. Many centuries later, Eggman leanred of Chaos and freed him from his containment. He worked to obtain the Chaos Emeralds and use Chaos' power to take over the world, though he was betrayed by Chaos, who wanted to finish the destruction he started thousands of years ago. Luckily, Super Sonic managed to defeat Chaos and purify him of the negative energy that had seeped into him from the Emeralds. Since then, he has become a rather gentle creature willing to lend his strength to protect the world around him.

Villain Ability: Chaos Transformation
Chaos can, at any given time, contain up to 7 Chaos-aligned gems. This energy is used to cause a spontanous transformation once he has enough levels in him. He can only absorb or release gems outside of battle, and any gem he uses is reduced by 1 level upon being released from him.
Racial Ability: Water Spirit
Chaos is a spirit born of water. As such, he has certain strengths built in. He absorbs Water type attacks, period. He can also Merge with water and 'become' it (Unless the water is an attack). This changes his size to fit how much water he touched, from roughly a cup to a mid-sized pond. Once merged, he can freely control the water as if it were his own body. Chaos is considered to have Level 6 Swim while in this form, but cannot use equipment or items. Other than that, he's pretty much just water.
This can be dangerous, though, because while in this form Chaos is very susceptible to damage, especially lightning. His Special Defense becomes 0, and he gains a weakness to Lightning. He is also affected by things like normal water would be.
Hydroheal: +6 WATER healing move, 4 MP
Energy Drain: 6 MP WATER Touch MP-damage attack. Drains power from a living being or a magical item, converting it into MP. Damage done/4 is the amount he recovers. If the MP drained is greater than or equal to the cost of an ability Chaos has, he can (instead of absorbing the MP) use it to immedietly use that ability, Act free. This effect can only be used once per round, though.
Water Blast: +6 WATER, 4 MP. A simple blast of watery goodness.
Hookshot Proficiency
Tentacle Grapple: Allows Chaos to 'Grapple' an enemy from up to 1 Unit away.
Tentacle Touch: Allows Chaos to use 'Touch' attacks from up to 1 Unit away.
Bubble Shield: 6 MP for +Shield status, WATER type. Lasts SPwrII bonus rounds.
