ABILITIES:
Villain Ability - Vestiges of Eternal Menace: Former leader of the FOOT crime syndicate, Shredder starts with a greater amount of equipment than most due to the residual resources. After the end of every mission, he rolls a d100, which has various bonus effects.
Secondly, Shredder can choose, once per mission, when KO'd, to have his body mysteriously disappear in the course of the attack that killed him. For every turn he remains gone, he will recover 10% of his maximum HP, and can return whenever he likes.
Third, as dangerous as Shredder is with armor, he's an even greater threat -without it-. Through some mysterious force of tenacity, Shredder can in times of desperation activate Villainy to shuck off his armor and gain 1/2 of the total defense bonus, physical and magical, to Weapon Damage, Buckler Bonus, Antibuckler Bonus, and spell power. This also recovers his HP by his SPwrII+Bonus.
Racial Ability - Wartorn: Nonproficiency penalty when using weapons is cut in half.
Overcome the odds.
When in battle with more then one opponent, Shredder gets an additional five points to Strength, Defense, Accuracy and Speed per enemy. This only kicks in when either the battle party is outnumbered, or multiple enemies attack Shredder at the same time.
Level 3 Tengu Gauntlet proficiency.
Grapple Level One.
Armor proficiency. Total Armor Shredder wears is considered 1 Unit lighter than average.
Level 3 Unarmed strike proficiency. Shredder has +5 bludgeoning damage when unarmed.
