General Description: Riku is a 15 year old boy who seems rather calm and collected, or perhaps he is rather distant when gazing into his green/blue eyes. Some hidden pain is there or loss of humanity. His white platinum hair is rather in unkempt locks and tends to go over his eyes and in the back, down passed his shoulders. He wears a black coat and at times, even dons a black bandana over his eyes so that he avoids looking at people. He sees through extra senses he has learned to develop and work on. Riku's attire is all black and rather plain. His expression seems to be also plain and emotionless, though at times this can break and the 15 year old boy might actually show his true age.
General History:
Riku is a 15-year-old boy who lived on Destiny Island, a magical tropical land where various children seemed to be safe but at times could be quite bored. His best friend is Sora even though they are a bit competitive and he sometimes plays pranks on him. A couple of years ago Kairi moved to the island and joined their little group. The fact that she had once lived elsewhere made Riku start thinking about leaving Destiny Island and so he built a raft to do so. He was convincing both Sora and Kairi to also depart but then tragedy would strike. He was convinced to open a doorway as he was intended to be the keyblade master, by Xehanort, aka Ansem. He was told to not be afraid of the darkness and was not at first. However, it began to take its toll on the boy. Malificent was encountered after he appeared at Hollow Bastion castle. She told him she would assist him in finding Kairi and Sora. She had her deceptions she wove and scenes also seemed to unfold the way the faerie wanted them to. Sora and Riku encountered each other but the meeting after the initial beginning of it turned sour after Donald refused Riku to go along, and Riku and Sora were not seeing eye to eye. Riku ended up working more with Malificent, kidnapping princesses for her and he found Kairi. He took Kairi with him after a failed attempt was done to see why Pinochio had an animated spirit in his form of wood. He then was told her Heart was gone but he may be able to retrieve it in darkness. His powers of darkness grew so he could do this task but in the end, it was for nothing. He gave his body to Xehanort/Ansem after the promise that Kairi would be returned was done. Kairi did return but it was from through Sora, after Sora defeated Xehanort. Sora used the dark keyblade on himself and freed Kairi and then dissapeared. Xehanort/Ansem returned to deal with the others and get Kairi but Riku's spirit came forth and prevented it. Riku was sent to darkness and when Xehanort was defeated he remained there, and separated from Mickey. He was let out of darkness by DiZ and sent to the Castle Oblivion. DiZ wanted to use Riku for revenge against Xehanort for stealing his identity, work and basically making everything a nightmare. Riku went through Castle Oblivion, going from the lowest basement level to the first floor and had confrontations with Xehanort/Ansem along the way. Mickey would save him when it became too much and Riku would have fallen. After defeating Ansem/Xehanort inside himself, he knew a piece still remained but he had learned to accept the darkness. He chose the path of twilight to walk, to the dawn and went on. After this he went to the world. Riku is strong, fast, smart, and competitive. He tends to watch out for Kairi and Sora, as well as others and likes to feel needed. Sometimes this can create a jealous streak in him and it does cause him to get used by Malificent and others including Ansem, who takes him over.

ABILITIES
Hero Ability - Middle Path: By expending 1 Act and gaining 1 Dark Point, any attack Riku knows can be modified into a highly dangerous Dark version. This modification is unpredictable, but usually very beneficial. This can also be applied to passive effects, including weapon proficiencies, for one move without expending Act (you still get a dark point)
Racial Ability - Level 2 Jump (can be upgraded using ability slots)
** Dark Leap: Doubles Jump skill for one instant.
Level 1 Glide - Move forward at the same speed as he loses altitude.
**Nightingale: Glides forward at half again the normal speed by using dark power as propulsion. Has poor turning ability, but anything in the way will be flung aside, provided it isn't -too- heavy.
Level 1 BlindFighting - Fight when unable to see, at 1/2 effective Accuracy
**Shadow Wdjat - Allows Riku to blindfight perfectly for one round, gaining a +5 'AntiBuckler' bonus to Accuracy and using his full Acc score. When Riku is truly blind blind (0 Accuracy), this ability will also instantly scan any enemy he damages with a normal attack, telling HP, MP, Weakness if any, and Description.
Sword Proficiency
**Dark Strength: Use any sword one handed without penalty, despite weight.
Fire: A simple fireball attack that strikes a single enemy. +6 FIRE damage, 4 MP.
**Dark Fire - A dark orb that goes at enemies and hits, causing a burst 'flame'. +10 NULL damage, 6 MP. Deals Splash damage to any enemy close enough to the main target
Aero - Creates a sphere of wind around yourself or an ally. +Shield effect, WIND elemental. 6 MP.
**Dark Shield - A shield Riku can bring up to defend himself and allies from attacks. It only lasts as long as he focuses and he
cannot attack and do it at the same time.
Very short duration. +Shield, +Veil, causes 5 NULL damage to weapons that strike it, and 10 NULL damage to direct attacks. Affects Riku and up to two people that are close enough. 8 MP.
Cure - A simple healing spell to act as a pick-me-up for Riku or his friends. +6 LIGHT healing, for 4 MP.
**Bloody Nostrum - When used on an enemy, becomes a +6 NULL attack that drains the damage it deals, for 6 MP. When used on an ally, Riku pays 10 HP and 4 MP to cast a +25 NULL Healing spell on them. A turn later, the ally takes 10 damage as well. Either way, a freaky dagger of darkness and a transfer of blood is involved...
Ragnarok - Attacks an aerial opponent with a three hit combo, each hit using 1/2 Acc. Costs 8 MP, uses 2 Act
**Sky Render - Strikes an aerial opponent regardless of distance. Basically, if you can see them, you can smack 'em around. Adds 3 Null damage to each strike, and for 8 extra MP, can be ended with a vicious laser blast that strikes either every enemy once or one enemy three times (each laser deals +6 NULL damage, with SPwr bonus behind it, but only one has the actual stat).
Strike Raid - 8 MP for a ranged attack, then 4 MP each for a second and third that just deals Weapon damage.
**Raven Javalin - Attacks an enemy by throwing the Keyblade, which rather than spinning acts as a javalin, dealing Piercing damage with a doubled AP chance, as well as striking on it's own rather than come back between hits. 8 MP for the first hit, 4 MP each for up to 2 more. For a final 10 MP, it can be swung upon reappearing to call down a jet black bird from the heavens, which rips at one enemy with it's claws for +9 NULL damage, using SPwr Stat and Bonus, which ignores and may even damage armor.
Combo Attack - 8 MP cost 2 ACT cost attack 3 times on ground at 1/2 acc
**Dark Aura - Attacks any enemy in sight with vicious teleporting stabs. This attack cannot be countered because Riku is never on the tangible plane long enough to be hit, and it adds +3 NULL damage to each strike (This attack can be Interupted, but the attacker must make a successful attack as if Riku were dodging with a +10 Buckler bonus). For 8 MP, it can be ended with a single blast of NULL power, dealing +12 damage with SPwr stat and Bonus, which has a 75% chance of Stunning the target.
