Sonic Whirlwind: Sonic turns his body half way around and spins violently in a circle in one spot, then cartwheels onto his hand and starts spinning on his hands all caeporia style with legs extended out into a violent whirlwind. he like a small midget tornado about the size of Sonic himself. He kicks at the enemy blindingly fast going around the enemy spinning inn a controlled yet outrageously fast manner.
Strikes the target once per turn for X number of turns at 3/4 Pwr. NO weapon damage can factor into this. Number of turns is equal to Sonic's Spd Bonus - Enemy Spd Bonus. Considered a WIND type move. Costs 3 Act once mastered.
Emerald Abilities:
Speed Up: Raise Speed by 5 for one Round. 2 MP.
Sonic Wind: +6, 4 MP. WIND.
Chaos Control: Stop an enemy for one turn. 6 MP
Shadow Suit: +3 to Dodge, Defense: 5
